Our Sleep Disorders Centers
If you or your physician feel you need further evaluation, you can rest assured at The Sleep Disorders Centers. Our expert physicians, psychologists, highly trained technicians, and cutting-edge technology will diagnose and treat your sleep disorder.

We ask you to keep a sleep diary for one week and make an appointment for a free sleep screening to discuss your sleep problems with a member of our trained staff. You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire about your sleep and when you return it for our evaluation a tour of our state-of-the-art sleep center will be provided.

Following this consultation, you may need further evaluation from one of our Sleep Medicine Specialists. You may require a night or two in our sleep center to evaluate the quality of your sleep and identify any possible sleep disturbances. Recordings are made of your brain waves, breathing, oxygen levels, and leg and eye movements. The test is painless, and our friendly staff will ensure your comfort in your private, nicely-appointed room. Your study does not require a hospital stay and you can return to work or home the next morning. Most insurance policies cover the cost of the evaluation and testing.

Sleep Solutions
Once your initial consultation and diagnostic studies are complete, your physician may discuss therapy with you or you may see one of our specialists. Treatment options for sleep apnea include nasal CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), surgery, or dental devices. CPAP, which is a machine that helps you breathe at night, reverses the adverse effects of sleep apnea and restores natural sleep without surgery. Some patients may require surgical approaches to eliminate the cause of the apnea. Others respond to a custom dental mouthpiece to alleviate the apnea. Your physician or sleep specialist will help you decide which option best fits your needs.

Treatment for narcolepsy may require a collaborative approach between medication and behavioral therapy. Restless Legs Syndrome and Periodic Limb Movements often respond well to certain prescription drugs.

We at The Sleep Disorders Centers have had great success at treating thousands of patients and look forward to adding your name to the list.
