Once your initial consultation and testing is complete, your physician may
discuss therapy with you or you may see one of our sleep specialists. Treatment
options for sleep apnea include nasal CPAP (continuous positive airway
pressure), surgery, or dental devices.
CPAP, which is a machine that helps you breathe at night, reverses the adverse
effects of sleep apnea and restores natural sleep without surgery. CPAP is the
most common treatment for sleep apnea.
Your physician or sleep specialist will help you decide which option best fits
your needs. We at The Sleep Disorders Centers have had great success in
treating thousands of patients and look forward to adding your name to the
list.
